Meet Andy

A few years ago, I finally quit a job I couldn’t stand. Thankfully, my wife is an absolute boss, so I had the space to figure out what I actually wanted to do.

I’ve always been a creative-type. Dancer, musician, DJ, all of it. But when I picked up a camera, something really stuck. I’m the kind of person who falls hard into things, so yeah… I went all in. That turned into volunteering at church, picking up photography gigs, and eventually realizing I didn’t just love taking photos. I loved telling people’s stories.

Before my own wedding day, someone told me to be fully present. Somehow, I actually managed to do that, and it made the whole day way better. That’s what I want for you. A day that feels easy, fun, and like you actually got to live it.

Because this isn’t just about photos. It’s making sure your timeline makes sense. It’s remembering you wanted that photo with Aunt Vicki. It’s knowing when to step in and when to disappear. It’s also, occasionally, finding out your Star Wars opinions so I can tell you why Andor is probably one of the best shows ever made.

My wife, Karon, and I named the business Forever Found. Because #1, alliteration and #2, it beautifully encapsulates the safety and warmth of love. When you’ve found your person, there’s just this sense of “yeah, this is it.” That’s the feeling I’m trying to capture.

When I’m not photographing weddings, Karon and I are usually eating Thai fried rice, watching a cooking show or anime (I do my best to pick ones she won’t hate), playing board games we forget we own, or chasing our two boys through cushion forts and a truly impressive amount of Goldfish crumbs.
